Album covers

I was commissioned to illustrate a number of album covers for local artists both in Ireland and the Netherlands. Designing these and experimenting with new styles is a real passion project.

With these projects, I would meet with the clients and casually chat about what we both wanted. We would discuss various design inspirations and other album artwork and music posters in regard to the style or mood we wanted to aim for. We would work closely on mood-boarding our findings and refine the direction into something we were both happy with. Then the sketching phase would begin, and eventually draft designs for the albums.
